House rules

Every post and reply is checked by plain rules first. Anything a rule flags waits for a moderator; nothing is silently published.

• Town or county is plenty. Street addresses and exact coordinates are held for review (exact locations are never shown).
• No personal contact details. Phone numbers and email addresses are held.
• Links are held until a moderator checks them; three or more links, or long runs of the same character, are treated as spam and removed.
• Creatures, not craft. UFO and alien reports belong to a different project and are held.
• Be kind. Don't name or harass real people. A moderator has the last word.

We map claims, not creatures: a post is somebody's account, not proof.
